I don't recommend this law firm to anyone. This is the most unprofessional,unresponsive law firm I have every dealt with. I had a total of cases one was dropped without me knowing until I called them. The other two I have been had to call them to get updates. One of my cases are in reductions and my check still hasn't been sent out. My closing documents has been signed and all . What law firm don't offer direct deposit or check pick up.I will not be doing business again with the law firm and I certainly don't recommend them to anyone. Since I can't get any response from anyone on what is going on I'm seeing further legal action on my behalf of dealing with this firm.

I contacted Kanner & Pinaluga in December 2022 when I was involved in an accident. I completed all medical and physical therapy that they recommended. Now it’s October 2023 case hasn’t been resolved and I can’t never speak to my case manager. July 3, 2023 was the last time I spoke with my case manager, I called him just about everyday and got his voicemail and now it’s to the point where I just don’t even call anymore, everyday I hear commercials on the radio talking about other law firms and it have me wishing I went with them because I never would’ve imagined that I wouldn’t be able to contact my lawyer. Yes ,my experience with mr.noel Alvarez,an Ms Katerina conception has been a great there both wonderful case worker an i appreciate everything they has done so far on my case i truly wouldn't have gotten through this journey without they support so far there the best case manger ever so keep the gd work up ,thanks for everything,

Absolutely the worst decision was to go with them . My case opened October 31 2021 . No updates, emails that come in are pointless bc they still give you zero information on your case , here it is October 13 2023 and still have yet to even speak to my actual attorney, let alone get any information on updates, progress, decision anything I've been speaking with a paralegal that is working with my "said attorney ". Definitely should of chosen a different firm to handle my matter.

Rachael was very helpful and considerate with giving me the proper information and documentation I needed to proceed with my case … very responsive and knowledgeable about my situation .. way to Go RACHAEL ..!
