Do not use this law firm, they will not research your case, you won't be able to reach your attorney, and they will put you in Abad position, Robert James is still riding off his reputation as district attorney, do not use this law firm unless you've killed someone, then you might get preferential treatment otherwise they will show up late with no paperwork and an inferior posture afraid of the judge..shame on them for taking my 6100 dollars. Theft by deception, I really got played

The lawyer that was given to me at this firm never communicated with me. He made a decision for me to plea guilty without discussing it with me. Other lawyers told me he made a deal with the police. I fired him but his decision in the beginning of my case has made more difficult. I called to try to get an explanation and was told to let my new attorney handle it. Do your research before hiring this firm.

Editing due to response- I literally have the screenshots from all the messages I’ve sent as well as emails. They show no response. Just because I know your name doesn’t mean I talked to you. Let’s not be stupid. Additionally I’m happy I did finally drop you because I did settle my case alone and got over 70k for it. Apparently I need to reach out to the clients you seem to turn your back on and help them too. You guys truly suck and I mean that wholeheartedly. Once again I played myself with getting an attorney of the same skin color as me and it failed miserably! I signed up with the firm to take on my slip and fall case. I sent everything from pictures, to videos, to insurance contact info, to reviews online. They wouldn’t sign a lien for me to receive treatment so I ultimately couldn’t treat. For months they were suppose to get my medical records and still hadn’t done so. I reached out multiple times to Shakia, Miracle, Karria and even Robert himself without even getting so much of a call back. Finally I got irritated and sent them an email to stop representing me and what do you know…they respond back with the quickness with emails and text messages letting me know “we’re sorry to see you go”. This is by far one of the worst law firms I’ve ever worked with. The insurance company requested medical records months ago and they never sent them! I will never base a decision off making sure my people eat again! This is exactly why we fall short! I will be filing some kind of complaint with the state bar and getting a new attorney or representing myself. My case could have been worth quite a bit of money but instead they screwed it up! Trust someone else with your case if you require communication, due diligence and results. Not these idiots.

The outcome of my case was detrimental to my expectations. I was totally caught off guard with the results When I called the law firm instead of answering my questions, they always transferred me to my attorney's phone without telling me or asking the reason for my call. Fayette County police will fabricate false information all the way up the ranks. Black & Hispanics are given harsher fines and sentences. Caucasians are given fewer sentences and convictions. Facts, not my opinion. I had to go to calendar call about 30 times from January through March 2023. It was awful to witness the courtroom filled with 90% Black or 90% Hispanic. America's Unjust Judicial System. The county should be investigated by the Attorney General of Georgia.
