My experience with this firm started out rocky. I signed paperwork and didn't meant the lawyer till a few with later and no fault of the lawyer. The person that did the intake did a horrible job with following through. My opinion changed once the lawyer reached out to me and Josetta. Josetta kept her word with me. She called me back weekly or bi-weekly with updates. She got my bills reduced . She really worked hard on my behalf and I truly grateful. I would recommend working with Josetta for sure.

Please RESEARCH and REVIEW other cases that are not known to you! I wish there was a zerO rating. I have no reason to fabricate. Research the HISTORY and TRACK record thoroughly! Do you want lies, headaches, all above, and unprofessionalism, going on constant vacations with no care for you? I expected their response which is fine. I prefer the truth! Readers please know the owners of Robert James Law Firm, Robert James and Karria James were aware of the horrific handling of my PI case, the bad customer service, the unprofessionalism, emails, text, and more! They are a part of the problems while making excuses and making excuses with arrogance! Getting upset with the client is not a resolution to their internal problems! A lot of unprofessional employees and turnover including former employees that both quit - Ms. Judith Cedillo and Ms. Alexis McCruter. THEY NEVER RETURNED A TELEPHONE CALL! I had to do most of the work regarding my case! Ms. Alexis McCruter stated to me and emailed me that my case was submitted to the insurance company in November of 2021. My case went to RJ Law Firm in June 2021! Her statement reads "All is taken of and you are in good hands" All lies! My case STARTED ALMOST A YEAR AGO! This has all been a HORRIFIC EXPERINCE and a much more horrific experience by Attorney Robert James and the current employee Andrea Mills. Ms. Andrea Mills sent me a text message stating from the onset of her text "LIKE I Said".......The new Attorney and law firm has expanded my case, claim, and is more hands on without the stated above Robert James's law firm had NO CHOICE but to allow me to transfer!!! The new Attorney and law firm can be reached and the new law firm always reaches out to me by a telephone call or email! I do not dislike them personally but I would not recommend Robert James's law firm to anyone due to all above, timeliness, and not looking at the total justice for my damages!!!
