I divorced 13 years ago and made the mistake of not requiring my ex-husband to refinance our mortgages. For the last 6 years, my ex consistently missed mortgage payments which destroyed my credit. Every attorney I spoke to about my situation said that I didn't have a case. Then I met Thad. My ex was forced to sell his house. Thankfully he sold it when he did because he hadn't made a payment in over 6 months and the house was in pre-foreclosure. Now I'm finally off of the mortgages after 13 years. I'm in control of my credit and can finally move on. Thad, you are an incredible lawyer and person. A weight has been lifted and I owe it all to you. I highly recommend Thad. He held my hand throughout the whole process. He's responsive and genuinely cares about his clients.

After an extensive search online I call this lawyer from overseas. I remain immensely grateful to have found this incredibly likable empathetic knowledgeable who quickly understood how to proceed to reach the best outcome.

I hired Thad 3 years ago. He was the 4th attorney I hired fighting with my controlling ex husband and his friend who was also his attorney over child support. They seem to just enjoy running all over me and my many attorneys. I spent a ridiculous amount of money 4 years in a row until I finally decided to hire the best law firm in Atlanta in hopes they could put an end to the cycle. Thad was brilliant and was the first lawyer that conquered my ex. He made him pay to the point he has never taken me back to court. He also made the parenting plan and child support guidlines so straight forward that there is no room to argue. He has made my life so much easier! I strongly recommend Thad and his entire law firm.

Mr. Woody is a consummate professional and very good at what he does. He listens first, understands the issue, and knows exactly how to solve the problem. I hired Mr. Woody to handle my divorce and I should have paid him twice what I gave him, because he ran circles around the opposing team of lawyers. I highly recommend him, and also, he is very very funny (always an added bonus when you spend so much time with your lawyer usually in stressful situations).

I hired Thad to handle the quadro and other remaining issues post divorce. He was extremely knowledeable, exceptionally responsive, very trustworthy, and definitely kept me informed without me having to reach out first. My experience with his work made such an impression on me that I have recommended to him to anyone who asks for a referral. I understand from those that I recommened that they are as equally happy and satisfied as I was. My only regret is that I did not hire Thad to handle my divorce from the beginning.
