Overall good experience. Took a little longer than I thought it would but when my case was turned over to Khadijah Davis everything went smooth and she got more then I was originally told I was going to get.

My case is about to be settled l. In just 4 months. I highly recommed them. My fiancee is currently using them as well for another recent accident claim.

Adela is amazing! She has an excellent response time and puts the client first. She always answers my questions in a timely manner and she is very thorough.

I was somewhat hesitant to use the services of KP, but couldn't get the jingle out of my head. Employing their services was easy and direct. The assigned staff was very helpful getting me in the door. I was advised and immediately able to focus on my recovery and treatment plan. Then the waiting. I'll admit that I received very little communication or updates from the office, but once I was connected with Josiah Payne he kept my abreast of all next steps and even answered previously unanswered concerns. Having his direct contact, follow up and follow through made me more comfortable until my matter was resolved. The entire process from start to finish lasted almost one year to the date. No communication. It takes weeks to get someone on the phone. No one responded to calls or emails from a accident that happened in December. When I finally got someone on the phone in May... their response was “we were waiting for us to send a medical bill.” I’ve been receiving letters for medical bills & I refer them to the attorney only for the Physician office to say no response as well.
