Well this is my first time dealing with the company & so far I don't have any complaints the staff has been very helpful within starting my case & is getting the ball rolling!! My wreck was over a year ago to date and I had to repeatedly call and email to have my case file worked on. They sent me an email 2 months prior to closing my case stating i would receive $200 more than what I ended up getting. Worst experience with an accident attorney that i have ever had.

I have has the occasion to use them 3 times, shame on me. The first case, someone misplaced my file for six months, the second case they farmed out to an Attorney named Johnny Phillips, this after initially taking my case at 25% as a way of making up for misplacing my file but wonder of wonders this case has to go to litigation so now it’s 40% and Johnny Phillips. I am still waiting on this case. The last one was open and shut but still at 33%. Needless to say I’m not happy!!
