I don't see how people complain that they dont get back to you. I've had a good experience so far. From the beginning of the process. I've always been able to contact them with out a issue. And Angela Jackson has been available to answer my questions almost immediately. My case is yet to settle but I know they are working on it for the best outcome.

YOURE BETTER OFF HANDLING YOUR CASE BY YOURSELF ðŸ˜ðŸ¤§ðŸ¤§! Took them three years to settle a minor accident involving Uber to only settle me for $500 after medical and lawyer fees😠This is ridiculous!!!! You call them they’re NEVER in the office, everyone in the office is rude as hell, unprofessional, oblivious to their job and lackadaisical. NEVER WILL I EVER HIRE ONE OF THESE TV AND RADIO LAW FIRM TO DEFEND ME! EVER! they’re busy making commercials and ads and not fighting for their clients. My advice, go to the office stop calling them cause all they do is LIE.

I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with another firm and they only contacted me twice with two years. Since dealing with K&P they contact me almost weekly. Makes me think that at least they care and are aware of my progress! Thank you Adela Isse and all the other staff at K&P
