Ely Bravo was by far the most efficient and expedient representative that I came in contact with during the processing of my claim. Honestly, it seemed as though she was the only one who had a genuine concern about what the cause and effect was doing to my everyday life, seeing that it took a year to get my settlement! She maintained constant contact during her assignment to me and my daughter and ensured the payout was increased and fees reduced to the best of her ability. I am most grateful to her, although I probably wouldn't use the company again. Ely as least made this experience go from rocky to smooth. If it weren't for her, the company overall would've gotten a 2-rating...

I see all the bad reviews and I'm like ohhh nooo what have I gotten myself into. But at the same time they seem to be doing a great job with my case so far. Granted I'm only a week into my case and it might get Rocky down the road, but so far so good
