I've been working with Kenneth is Kaluga for a year-and-a-half. This is a great Law Firm and Ayra is great with getting back with you she responds quickly and I just overall had a great experience.

BEWARE THEY ARE FRAUDULENT AND ARE CON ARTISTS!!! ***UPDATE 02/07/19*** Its been TWO years since my accident. They LIED and told me my share would be $19,000 and convinced me into signing the papers. Once I signed them, they said $19,000 is the total amount and I will only get $3,000. The case manager pretty much laughed it off and said there's nothing I can do to them because I signed the papers. I asked them why they lied and they hung up on me. She says my check was at the office and they were waiting on me to sign. Now they say they're waiting on the check to get there. These CON ARTISTS cant keep their lies straight. BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!!! ____________________________________________________________________ At first, Kanner and Pintaluga was helpful. But it changed quickly. I was rear-ended in my vehicle by a forklift driver at my place of employment. The forklift driver was also unlicensed. I was injured and fired even though i wasnt at fault. Kanner and Pintaluga LIED and told me I didnt have a Workers Comp case. I begged them to file for me and they kept telling me I didnt have a valid Workers Comp case. I trusted my attorney and they let me down. Its almost been two years since my accident and i havent seen a PENNY of the money. Now, they state that Workers Comp paid my medical bills, but that I wont get any money for the time missed off work because I waited too long to file. My attorney that im paying for told me I couldnt file. Im injured and missed out on so much money because of this firms negligence. They had my wife, Laura, walk away with barely anything as well. Go look at her review also. They conned her and bullied her into accepting the minimum amount. I would never recommend this firm to anyone-- not even to my worst enemy!!! Beware. The good reviews are coming from people they paid to write good reviews. The bad reviews are the true ones.

Well to me. The firm have been excellent and they've always told me if I needed anything. Just ask through out my journey. My attorney's assistant, Adela, she has always been extra extra fantastic towards my recovery and if I had to choose again. I would choose Kanner & pintaluga again and again. Great experience. I was well taken care of by Dylan Karpel. He answers all my calls. Returned all of my emails and was able to give me any details I needed from my case. He kept me posted on my case throughout the process and answer all of my questions. I was never left out of any changes on my case and I never had to call when something did change K&P kept in touch with me throughout the year until my case was closed. Thank you for all of your help. My family has a home with K&P

Jeannette DiNardo-Hopefully you get her! She has been great! The 5 star rating is mainly because of how great she has been. The beginning process was a little crazy but I guess that's to be expected after an accident considering losing a car, renting, buying a new car, making it to appts and still trying to do the things you have to in day to day life. Once we got to the reduction stage and getting ready to close things out the communication picked up a lot and made me feel more comfortable. This was all done by Jeannette. I never had to call her because she always called me to keep me updated and gave me realistic timelines and expectations. I'll follow back up once I receive the checks but hopefully that process is smooth as well. Thanks Jeannette! K&P- You could use more like her! Be sure you keep her around.
