It took a while but they got the job done and i am highly appreciative!

Yes, at first there was some change of staff, once they revamped some processes it is smoother. Doug and sami check in on me they care. My case is taking long because i am injured with permanent damage, the attorney wants to make sure i get compensated since on going treatment is required. If your looking for a fast sloppy payout this is the wrong law firm, they really care about you and they will be thorough, they worry about your quality of life. Im impressed by the attorneys, doug and sami.I wanted to add my case settled an Ely Bravo was amazing, took care of me. Ely Bravo genuinely cares about people and her job. Words cant describe her prompt replies.

Customer service and communication is excellent. Always followed up either through phone or email. The duration of the closing the case is a little long but they assure you the case is pending worked on.

I’ve had an open case with K&P for a few months now & I must say I’m very satisfied with the service I’ve been provided. My case rep, Ms. Adela Isse, is wonderful. She has been extremely diligent when it comes to keeping me updated on my case and answering all of my questions. Though this has been what seems like a long process, I’m very confident in my decision in going with K&P for my claim.

I was not happy with the services at first. Communication was off and I felt like my case or my children case wasn't in their best interest. After a year and a couple months of being patient and me reaching out. Things have gotten better. Once my kids case reached their reduction specialist Dylan he kept in contact and made sure I understood what was going on. He answered all questions that I had and he got things done as if it meant something to him. I thank you Dylan K for being expeditious with the girls case and being patient with me.

I was in a bad accident back in May and I thought I would never get back to my life and to get to working but that was easier said then done. So I called K&P and that was the best thing I ever done. Worse accident attorneys I've ever seen!! If you were in an accident and you want to be componsated for your losses PLEASE DONT USE THEM!!! I LEARNED THE HARD WAY!! YOU DONT DEAL WITH A LAWYER, YOU GET A CASE WORKER!!!

I have been waiting two years to hear anything from this office in regards to someone hitting MY CAR! Two years and I have not received a dime from them and they have been ignoring my emails and calls. Please do not use this firm you will be waiting for years LITERALLY !
