I was unsure about the whole process and after calling the firm, I haven’t had to worry about my pain or any medical services. I have as well as my family has had the WORST experience with this office. Shaniec is the worst case worker that I ever dealt with. She's probably a horrible person in general. I feel for anyone that has to encounter her. I would never recommend any one to this office. The only good thing I can say is we finally got our money and do NOT have to deal with these people anymore. You guys need to get rid of her and her nasty attitude..

It started off a little rocky, i was not very happy with them keeping me up to date BUT THEN I got with Pamela :), one of the few agents on my case, and she turned my mind around about the customer service they provide, all in one short 5min call.
