Sadly I've been waiting for my case to be over with for about two years now and unfortunately nothing has happen. I've been waiting and contacting them, trying to see what was going on. Up to about three months ago i got the news that my case was getting handed down to Nathanie Yaskey who was going to work on reducing my medical bill and thankfully she had all that work done less then two months. Now on this last month I'm just waiting on my check and want to say thank you soo much Nathanie for your time and thank you for trying your best on getting everything get done ASAP. THANK YOU!

The Law firm moved extremely fast when I contacted them concerning my matter , they immediately sent a investigator to collect all information in person and then assigned me to a Dr. office for PT and recovery 2 days later. During this process I was informed that 2 of the original case managers are no longer with the law firm, this did raise some concern . However I was Contacted by a new case manager Ms. Gabby who has been very informative and consistent with communication. What I do not like about this firm is that they do not offer referral incentives for their clients. I referred a friend who was recently in a bad car accident and they hired this law firm solely because of the way that I bragged about the services that I had received. This firm should offer some type of incentive , word of mouth travels and has always been a top marketing tool when finding new clients/Customers

BEWARE this law firm isn’t what it seem to be. You may be happy with this firm in the beginning after that your nightmare begins. You well start doing there work like getting your doctors bills and faxing them over to them and then after that when you call they are not sure who’s handling your case and there’s no communication from who’s ever handling your case. When you call to check on your case you are put on hold for long periods of time and if you’re lucky you may not get hung up on and be sent to someone voicemail. After me trying to work with them and voicing my concerns and when I saw that there work ethics continue to be the same I decided that I NO longer wanted this firm to handle my case. To my surprise I got something in the mail from this law firm stating they are wanting payment from me because they got me an offered on the table which I never knew nothing about and they want to put a hold on the money that I never knew existed. It’s funny how for so many months I’ve been trying to get information on my case and was not able to get any but they can send me something in the mail after they were fired. I have made a complaint with the Georgia Bar Association. I have sent a recording audio call to a email at the law firm to let them listen to how people are being treated. If your going to deal with them keep up with confirmation from fax’s, copies of mail that you have sent to them and record your Conversations with them. I had to keep up with my case like this because everyone is not truthful and it will help you in the end.

My case manager was very professional, polite and compassionate. She kept us informed. Lucas was informative and pleasant. Great staff

I would like to thank my case workers Flo, Sthelie, Noelle, and reduction Dylan Karpel, who worked hard and fought for me on my case, they all made me feel like I was part of the family making sure I was good and having everything that I needed I really felt loved and I thank you very much, they all deserve a raise for all the support and info they gave me.
