I have really loved working with this law firm. They have done their best to inform me of everything they are doing and made me feel like I can really trust their team to make sure all of my needs are met. I received emails call and texts throughout this whole ordeal to make sure I was OK and ask how my treatment was going. I know people who have basically had to enlist the help of the U.S. Marshalls to find their attorney but I never had that problem. They are always available. I really appreciate Flo and Michelle for that. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a team who cares about them.

It started off great and sounded amazing by the end it was hard to get ahold of people my case seemed like it was handle by multiple lawyers over the course of the year that it to get my check .... not to mention I still have neck stiffness the Dr’s they use treat you like your paying with a food stamp card 😂😫 but on a better note I got back an reasonable amount and the last two ladies Ely and Sami they did a great job on assisting me with what I need or needed to do to make the next step.

Ms. Adela Isse always kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my case and made sure I was getting the best treatments for my injuries they have been doing a awesome job with making this process easy for me.

Anyone who has said they provide great customer service are lying. This company is terrible. Don't waste you time or energy. Hell don't even waste your eye sight by looking at their title on a google page. Stick with the smaller local law firms. They are unresponsive and have issues with miscommunication nor do they care about their clients.

My case is a little difficult and started out rough, but my team remained professional at all times although I was confused and very stressed. The individual that is assisting me in this step is Dylan Karpel. Mr Dylan allowed me to express my concerns without judgement and assured me that he would keep me informed and wrap up my case as soon as he could.
