So far so good! Everyone working on my case has responded quickly and been attentive to my case. My team appear to be on one accord with their communication regarding my case, it's nice not having to re-explain things to staff that belonging to the same company.

I am very pleased with K&P. The person that stands out the most is Claudia Espinosa in the reduction department. She was extremely helpful. A special thanks to her.
