i Have been fighting this case for over a years still no answers still no money I don’t even believe this is a real law office they have poor customer service service they hang up in your face and will Keep you on hold for hours

My case is yet in its early stages. Despite some of the negative reviews I can attest and gladly say, K&P is the best option for me. My case manager, Gabby Levine has stayed in contact with me keeping me abreast with my case. The team has taken away the hassles & thoughts of transportation & funds for medication, making my load lighter so that I am able to concentrate on my body healing. My only dislike was for insurance purposes i had to choose between my chiropractor or orthopedic with my chiropractor & I both knowing that his services are still greatly needed. But i chose the ortho bc of the extent of my injury. Im confident that K&P has the experience & knowledge to get the job done and I cant thank them enough for making me feel like they have my back. At the end of my case I will come back to update my review. But right now, I would recommend anyone to these great people.

Honestly when I received my final email ASKING me to leave a review I was completely taken back. First let me say the radio commercials and the Marta buses with advertising are genius! As far as the process with the "legal" team.. It was terrible! I understand that there are bigger cases. I understand that they have clients that have million dollar policies, but what I did not appreciate is the lack of respect and concern I received involving my case. I was contacted twice regarding my case over a year and a half ago! When they were only focused on me seeking treatment. after the treatments began I was the one reaching out with emails and calls. it honestly took a need back comment to get someones attention. I received a call within the hour from the feedback that was sent. They were "so concerned" about why they received such low reviews. Well fast forward to the end of my treatments. I had contacted the "legal" representative that I had been in contact with a couple times. When I finally received an email back he stated to me that he was no longer handing my file and CC'd the "legal rep" that was. When I finally got in touch with the new "legal representative" they of course were helpful. But as the case progressed I was passed off again. This happened a few times all the way to the very end of my case. It took me having to reach out to Attorney Sobel. In the email to Sobel I stated that I would appreciate him reaching out. He didn't. a lady called me with useless information. Not once acknowledging what my concerns were. Anyway to Fast forward to today. My case is finally closed! The amount I received for my settlement wasn't the issue. IT WAS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I would never refer anyone to such a business. They are distasteful with their clients. No Matter how much the policy is everyone deserves the same respect and attentiveness. Hopefully they can learn and hear from the clients. I also hope this attorney and his team does NOT represent the others as a whole. I dealt with Saul Spiwak whom had the worst customer service. I was told by Brandy Wilson that she would get me the documents I was requesting. Maybe legal services are not for them.

Ms. Gabby has been excellent with helping me with all the questions and concerns that I have had. She has called me to informed me about certain this about my case. And I love the feed back that she has given me so far no complaints on my end. My case is still active so we shall see at the end. I will give another review when my case is close.
