Nathanie Yaskey has been working my case for probably the last two weeks. She did everything she said she was going to do. If she did not know something she was quick to speak with her supervisor, to make sure she always gave me the correct information. I am very impressed with how she really worked my case at the end. I sent my closing papers by email on Monday, she verified everything , I overnight it her the paperwork she requested and Bam, I had my check in hand 2 days later. Despite other people in the office screw ups, she made everybody elses mistakes look like nothing, because Nathanie delivered, on way ever she said. Thanks

They will make sure to complete your case and reach a settlement. However it was not the smoothest process. You have to respond to like 7 people in emails and the communication is still off. Some requests went ignored as if they didn’t even read all emails. Also, seems like a high turn over rate there as I had to constantly repeat some things and follow up.

I recently got into a bad car accident, and learned about the Kanner & Pintaluga. The communication is unbelievable. I know I am in good hands with these guys! I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone who has been in a car crash in Atlanta !

Horrible firm. I only spoke with my lawyer twice & at one point they had me speak with some inexperienced lawyer who didn’t even know the details of my case! Took a year to reach a settlement agreement. Only for them to not even get me the top offer that they kept promising they’d push for. After fees & medical expenses my settlement check was a low/disappointing amount! I wish I’d done more research & picked a better law firm smh. Never again! If I could give 0 stars I would...

Worst experience with a law team who was supposed to fight “aggressively” on my behalf. It was almost as if they didn’t even feel like “fighting” to win and just took whatever the insurance company proposed, when their (insurance company) driver was at fault. I wish I would’ve went with another law firm. Complete waste of time and energy—they never kept me up to date on my case, I always had to reach out to them to find the status; and then, a lot of times they wouldn’t even know what it was because people kept quitting and no longer worked there that had been assigned to me. And on top of that, they lied to me a number of times about bills, insurance correspondence, and case status. I’m extremely disappointed and their firm took most of my money leaving me with LESS THAN 4k for our WHOLE FAMILY who was in a car accident where another driver was TOTALLY AT FAULT. I wish their slogan and company promises were true, but they are grossly exaggerated.
