What can I say, Kanner has showed me that this process is not painful. I must say that everyone that was envolved with my case were very professional. Kanner was more in tune with my case even when sometimes I was focused on other things in my life. I appreciate their efforts in trying to issue me more money with adjustments for justified reasons. The assistants that were envolved in this transaction were awesome. I am in the last stage of receiving my check, and I have been informed that my check should reach me by next week, when this last stage is probably longer than just a week, when the assistant Karpel just received some final documents of mine today, states that it will be processed quicker, just amazing. I learned of this law firm through a doctor that I was going to and thought if she was so willing to give me the information concerning the firm than maybe I should go for it🌺the person that I deal with is Ms. Gabby Levine and she’s so helpful and understanding and patience with me and if I email her she’s gets back at me in a timely manner and I appreciate her. If I call her she will always return my calls and she will call and check on me also. Ms Gabby I truly appreciate you being the person that’s helping me and you’re a great asset to Kanner&Pintaluga and please stay kind and understanding with the people you serve. Be Blessed

BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My experience with Kanner and Pintaluga has been one filled with deception, betrayal, incompetence, and the list goes on and on. First, we were sent to a Doctor by this company that was completely incapable of addressing REAL injuries. After 1 year and a half, a settlement was finally reached (for what I could have requested myself from the insurance company without any legal assistance). They initially lied about the amount that was received from the insurance company and when I angrily confronted them (the same day) the amount due to client was increased more than 100%. This leads me to believe that they are still lying about the amount that was retained on my daughters behalf. Once the settlement was ready to be issued I was sent "final paperwork" on 3 separate occasions. The paperwork states that you are to receive your check within one week of the completed paperwork, however, it was more like 5 weeks of constant calling and emailing and suddenly being transferred to voicemails and getting no reply. When the check was sent out it was deliberately mailed to a wrong address and left on a front porch. this leads me to believe that something was sent but not the check since they had my correct address until it was time to send us the check. I was then sent an email of a check being sent as a replacement for the following day that turned out to be a a fraud as well. I have yet to receive any compensation what so ever! The above issues are also issues that I experienced with a separate case from the same accident where I have not received anything in a year and a half other than them lying and saying that my insurance company paid the medical bills when the accident first happened but the check was still lost in the mail a tear and a half later. I dont have any information about my case what so ever. I am seriously considering reaching out to the Attorney Generals office for assistance in filling a complaint against this company and having them investigated for what seems to me as a deliberate attempt to defraud their clients and the insurance companies. DO NOT CALL 1-800-411-PAIN or any other affiliate of this law firm. They are GARBAGE and if they choose to reply to this post trying to defend their lies I will be posting screen shots of all the correspondence that support my claims. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!!!!

If u need help and don’t have money to get your own lawyer then theses ppl are pretty decent to work with. At least they try and have customers service. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
