Its been a long journey. But i have faith that the team that is working with me is doing the best they can. I want to thank ms adela for the phone calls. Merkenide for the emails and prompt information. Didnt speak with cole and susie but i appreciate them too. And even a hector with an answer to a question i had when i could not reach a team member. I thank you all for your hard work and helping my growing family from this horrible incident. I also would like to thank ms claudia and ms Jeannette for helping me close out this case! Al De Feliz was a big help in my case. Even though the people I was up against gave me a hard time and practically took more time than they needed Al De Feliz helped me every step of the way. He was respectable, understanding and had great patience dealing with the situation. Anybody would be lucky to have him represent them and work with them.

I am still in the early stage of my case but so far they have answers too all my questions or concerns, they respond back to emails within the same day, every person I have spoken to on their team have been nice, professional and informative. So far I feel like I made a good decision to let kanner & pintaluga handle my case
