I can say at first I didn’t really understand what was going on in the beginning of all of my case. But I then got a new agent her name is Mrs. Merky. She is very kind and helpful she explained the process step by step. She keeps me notified with everything, she always lets me know what we’re doing and what should happen if we succeed! I would recommend her as your case manager.

I have't had any horrible experiences with this law firm aside from the lack of communication. I usually try to email before calling and sometimes I wouldn't get a response. Then if I would call they would say that the attorneys assistant is out the office. But I am very persistent, so I usually get to speak to someone eventually. However, I will say that they have helped me in my times of need. My case hasn't settled yet (since August 2017) , so I can't give a full review just yet. This is just what I've experienced so far. **UPDATE** I have had some good and bad experiences with Kanner and Pintaluga. And majority of it was with bad and mostly about COMMUNICATION!!! I’ve had some interactions with some of the assistants and they either have a condescending tone or a tone of them not wanting to be bothered. Which would be fine, if I didn’t have to keep resending my documents over that I’ve sent over in the previous months. However, I have come across 2 people (Brie Fox and Angela Jackson) that were nice, friendly and easy to deal with. They both made sure they commmunicated with me and fixed anything that wasn’t in my file. Even if I asked a million questions, neither of the would give me the impression that they were annoyed, and I think that is very important when dealing with clients that are going through major hardships. So I appreciate those two females for the compassion and great communication.
