I have been working with K&P for a bit under a year. They have been so attentive to my case from the very first day. The staff at this law firm are always pleasant. Ely Bravo was the legal assistant who I felt went above and beyond to fight for my case. She was so pleasant and positive. She promptly returned my calls or emails. I’m sure she was incredibly busy with other cases, but somehow she made me feel like I was her only client. Now my case is closed and I am so happy with the outcome! I just wanted to take a minute to thank Ely who did so much for me every step of the way!

A business with a good assistant is important. Pamela S. Has always been courteous and helped no matter what. Everyone involved with my case have been accommodating, respond to my questions, phone calls and emails quickly. Communication was great. Receiving information as I requested was important to me and done without hesitation.

Unlike some or my other experiences, K&P are very professional and kept me informed throughout the legal processes.

I wouldn't advise anyone to use this law firm. The firm in Florida has bad customer service and made me feel as though my daughter case was not important. They never returned my telephone calls. I had to call numerous of times only to be told I'm sorry. After the firm received my daughters settlement 3 months ago they have still yet issued her a settlement check. Now the legal assistant has a attitude with me because I keep calling about my daughters settlement. I would advise everyone not to use this firm.

This place is a complete joke. I regret reaching out them and chosing them to represent me. First, they didn’t even get close to the amount of money I was expecting. Second, they do not give you any updates on your case whatsoever and when you ask for an update expect to wait at least 5 days for an update. Lastly, they simply do not care about anything you’ve been through especially after an accident. Like I said this place is a complete joke and completely unprofessional I recommed you don’t even waste your time.
