My Name is Julbenson, and i would like to say that i am very happy with the service i have receive with the Kanner&Pintaluga,.I am grateful for Charlotte Morillo who has help me with my car case, she has being very professional and patient, when i was getting a little inpatient and keep calling, but everytime i call her she always being professional and produce result. Kanner & Pintaluga has great costumer service, i am very happy with what i got for my car. Thank You.

Kanner and pintaluga has a very poor communication. My attorney was changing constantly and I was never informed until I called or emailed to get an update on my case. I would be working with an attorney and they would suddenly stopped responding to my emails and stop returning my phone calls. After the second attorney was assigned to me I realized that this person stopped responding because they were no longer handling the next part of my case and that I had been assigned to another attorney. I would call the General number and find out my new attorneys information. If they could not get information or were having trouble getting some type of information that they needed; instead of contacting me to let me know or get me to assist I would wait and wait and wait and finally when I called for an update they would let me know that they needed information and was having trouble getting it. So I would then obtain information. I also feel as though they are ripping me off by not giving me the amount agreed to in the contract that I signed initially every time I ask about the money they are always in negotiation with someone but there is no one left to negotiate with everyone has been paid but me. Go with another company or settle it yourself, honestly. It started off good but got worse throughout the whole process.

The office has a very pleasant environment you're treated with dignity and kindness. As well as the staff everyone has a concern for your unique situation you're going through.

Everything they say on the recording Is a lie... They never call me let me know nothing... I called them but never get Thru to anyone. Then it's always the same thing... Bad decision. Never again

It took 2 years to get everything settled the communication was terrible I got different representatives and I wouldn’t know I had a new person until I called. Pamela was my favorite because she made sure everything was taken care of and answered all the questions I had and if she didn’t have the answer she would go and get me the needed information.

Giorgina Vazquez is one of the best legal assistants I have ever met. I was getting a little discouraged about my case before Giorgina got involved. Once she got involved it was smooth sailing. She did everything in her power to help me and kept me informed. I am so happy that she works for Kanner & Pintaluga. My case is closed my checks in the mail and I am happier than ever. So if you get the opportunity to work with Giorgina I hope you experience will be as pleasant and outstanding as mine was. She is truly one of the best and cares about clients.

My process has been a battle but Kanner and Pintuluga have been on top of it and this space isn't big enough to thank all who have assisted in some form or another but Ms. Jalana has been very informative with keeping me up dated and assisting me Thanks Ms. Timms

Update 1/28/2019 Communication is horrible. I have to continually reach out until my case finally went to reductions and a lady in that dept has been informative but mind you they have had my check since NOVEMBER... we are in late JANUARY going into FEBRUARY and all i hear is “your case is sitting on a lawyers desk” the holidays have long passed and they don’t care that i don’t have my funds as of yet ! Very Shady business to me Update 8/8/2018 Things did get better a bit with their communication but now it has fallen off once again. I have to reach out to them EVERY TIME to get status and it shouldn’t be that way at all Update 5/3/18 The communication has vastly improved since my review. I feel alot better now knowing I'm being kept in the loop and being updated regularly on what is going on. I know this process can be lengthy so I'm working on my patience but thanks to Erica for taking the time to reach out and keeping me Informed greatly appreciated. ----------------------------- Initial review . At this point I'm highly disappointed in this law firm and I wish I hadn't have chosen them to pursue my case. The communication is non existent I have to reach out to them in able to hear anything. Every time I call I always hear that I'm missing bills or records but is that not their job to get those documents and I already made sure once that everything was sent but I'm getting excuses every time or getting calls dropped when I'm simply trying to get Answers as to why my I'm not getting updated at all. I really wish I would of fully done my research before contacting them. They were on it in the beginning now after all the appointments are done their customer service has declined tremendously. I'm looking into another law firm to possibly take over because to my understanding I control who handles my case and why would I leave it in the hands of people who show they dont care.
