At first I was easily frustrated because I wanted things done fast. The car accident left me aggravated and frustrated. My sons case was handled by Pamela Saravia and this changed my view on the situation. She was amazing and as soon as she became the person on his case I was relieved.

Horrible customer service had to chase everyone down myself just to get updates on my case. Waited over a year and then once my case was settled I sent Vedline Delice my correct address. She replies to my email and still sent the check to the wrong address. She also stated she will contact me before it was shipped out. Now the check was sent to the wrong address and I have to wait longer on the settlement and process. I wouldn't refer this business to my enemies. Never again and please if you are considering. Go elsewhere they do not care about their customers. It's all about the money. How could you be so negligent with my settlement and send it to the wrong address. But they made sure they got their MONEY. Then when I call the representative is nonchalant and does not show any empathy about my situation! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES.

This is the worst law firm that ever exist. Once u sign on they treat you unfairly. They hang up in your face. Claudia the case manager is disrespectful. She lies about updates, she refuse to answer phone calls. She do not cooperate with clients. She is very unprofessional and rude. I once spoke with her supervisor he is unprofessional as a leader. I hate that i chose this company. They are stealing clients money. The branch in atlanta has to handle florida cases. They pretty much tries to help the clients. After visting the atlanta office i notice so much security, because the manger at this location is furious and scared of reactions from clients that been mishandle or misrepresent from headquaters. But again claudia with not allow access to paperwork. They lies about reductions and fees. They headquarters is located in Florida. Lets change there name to kanner and Pimpaluga

I’ve dealt with K&P for a little under a year now and my experience with the team has been amazing.. Service has been phenomenal! From the very start I knew I was in good hands. Not only did they address every concern I had, but they went above and beyond negotiating bills for me and even got me more money than I anticipated. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the team I was assigned, especially Brandy Wilson... She did an excellent job and I would highly recommend her to take care of all your needs.. These ppl are soooo unprofessional. My wreck happened over two years ago and I have been calling for the past four months to find out what was going on and the lady (Angela, one of four ppl I have dealt with, not even sure if she's my lawyer) hasn't returned my calls yet. The last I heard the case was going to litigation and that was the last I heard; that was six months ago. I would strongly recommend ANY firm but this one.
