Timothy along with other lawyers are overworked and I have been told that having a appointed lawyer would be the same in federal court which we were very wrong. Very poor communication he did not communicate our options clearly. My fiancé was sentenced higher than expected. He did not put time and effort into the PSR report which we didn’t even see now it’s too late to appeal because we weren’t told the options. He did not put a fight and my fiancé ended up with a lengthy sentence and high points for a moderate offense.
