“Very lethargic in response and don't have any transparency. My company has tie-up with this company for VISA related work, but nobody bother to response any question/help needed.”

Inefficient and unreliable legal services
“They wasted 1 precious year of my Green card/Perm process by saying your in advertisement phase, you are in this phase that phase but it went nowhere (in spite of me doing regular followups with them). They restarted my perm twice and finally my employer had to cancel their contract and hire new lawyers.”
