I completely recommend Ben Sessions if you are in need of a great car accident lawyer. Not only does he hold a great professional demeanor, but he is extremely well-versed in his field. Recently viewed a DUI Continuing Education seminar where Mr. Sessions was one of the speakers. Very informative presentation. Ben is extremely knowledgeable about all things DUI and is widely regarded as one of the top DUI attorneys in the state.

I think the general consensus is that Ben Sessions is awesome. He helped to make a very unfortunate and stressful situation, as stress free as possible. I was referred to Ben by a close friend after speaking with another lawyer about my DUI case. That lawyer stressed me out and made me feel like the scum of life. But my initial conversation with Ben was very refreshing and he gave me what I feel everyone going through this situation needs, Hope. Ben is very flexible as far as payment and doesn't kill pockets as bad as other lawyers. He is also very well respected by his peers and in the courts. I saw it with my own eyes he was like a celebrity lol but everyone genuinely likes and respects him. I don't know how to put into words the kind of person Ben is. He is the perfection combination of professionalism and compassion. He is such a genuine and caring person. Then when you put that with his professional expertise and knowledge, he is just someone you want representing you. He is a very intelligent, yet such a genuine and humble person. I hired Ben Sessions after dealing with another lawyer who dropped the ball on a 3 year old case, which resulted in me having a bench warrant for a missed court date and suspended license unknowingly for 8 months. After I contacted Ben, he quickly (and I mean quickly) took care of my license and had my driving privileges reinstated and also had the case dismissed within a few weeks.
