I have worked on cases with Ben Sessions for the past few months. I have found him to be extremely knowledgeable in DUI cases. I would highly recommend his services.

My first phone call to Mr.Ben Sessions I was a mess my son was arrest, and I needed some immediately advice. On what to do. Mr Ben was so kind, understanding. I felt like I was talking to a friend of the family. He respected me as a lady, he never talked down to me. We didn't talk for a few months. But when I called him back and told him my name he remembered me. He remembered our whole conversation. That touched me. So moving on , Mr. Ben helped my son in other cases as well. I think he is a great lawyer a great person, have love for others. He was understanding. He treated us like it was more then just his job that he truly wanted to help like we was related. It all worked out with my son in his criminal defense case. he was looking at 1 year. He ended up with probation. Thanks Mr Ben. He is a Excellent lawyer I would recommend him to family and friends

If your looking at this than you are probably caught in the middle of something terrible.... criminal charges. The good news is your looking here and you don't have to look anymore call Ben right away! Unfortunately I was in the same situation as you I was arrested for my second DUI in 5 years. Some of you may know that one is a big deal and 2 in 5 years is a HUGE deal. I met with Ben and he simply said "I like your case". After that meeting I was relieved. While sitting in court I would watch who he was talking to who he was shaking hands with and who did he know personally (relationships I feel play a huge role in what you can get from someone) I watched as he made his way around the court room talking to prosecutors and other lawyers. He's very well known and respected. After a few court appearances the final ruling was RECKLESS DRIVING no jail time I don't know how he did it but he did. He is simply the best forget the rest call Ben Sessions.
