Though I put myself in a position to gain a VERY SERIOUS driving violation, Mr. Sessions timely provided all of the necessary guidance in order to the steer my case into the most positive outcome possible given the circumstances. He is very responsive and provided clear, concise instructions at every step of my case. Fortunately, my case was reduced to SIGNIFICANTLY and punishment resulted in monetary fines. After a nearly 5 year court case Ben helped get the entire case dismissed. I had lots of questions and Ben was there to answer them all night and day. He managed to get the breathalyzer results dismissed. In the end the state didn’t want to offer and sort of plea deal and my only options left were to plead or go to trial. He explained both options to me and helped me make the right choice and in the case was dismissed. I am so thankful for the clean slate Ben helped provide. I will be forever grateful.

I can only give my honest experience of Ben with my case. He seemed all about my case in the beginning and I kept calling about my case over a 2 year period with no updates from him on his own and seemed to be bothering him. We never met face to face after he agreed to take on my case. This wasn’t the experience I hoped for. As far as my case goes he pushed me to the side after receiving my retainer. I was a nervous wreck for 2 years and could not enjoy much of life with the charges hanging over my head and no guidance. The office never knew when my court dates were and one day we didn’t even show up to court when I was suppose to be there.It was incredibly stressful. On a good note I really did enjoy Andrew his partner ,who actually did more violent defense clients and not driving charges. So I was confused why he was recommended but nothing really made sense. I can say he did his best I pled guilty and got as good of a plea as I could. But all in all I did not feel taken care of, well informed , or represented in anyway. I really hope this helps someone debating on paying the 5000 dollars. I wasn’t asking him to move mountains in my case just to be present. I’m a veteran and a professional person and I don’t have a record. There is nothing worse in a case when you think your life and career are over. I can deal with the stress it’s not following through on your word, the lack of integrity that I couldn’t believe. I wish I would have known to go elsewhere when I realized.
