I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Ben Sessions during a trial in which I was selected as a juror. I am thankful I had the privilege of meeting an individual who is as caring about his clients as Mr. Sessions is. The charges were dismissed so we didn’t end up needing an attorney but Ben was still wonderful. He got back to my initial inquiry, which was made very, very late at night, incredibly fast, communicated via text (very convenient), made himself available, and even followed up to see if we still needed help. Ben was very friendly, accessible, and attentive. If he was this on-top-of-it from the beginning, I can only imagine that he’d be a fantastic ally throughout the entire process. Thank you!

Mr. Sessions was frankly a random call for a challenge I have never faced before - a DUI arrest. I was offered an unacceptable plea deal and needed an experienced attorney.
To say I am thankful I employed Mr. Sessions is an understatement of significant importance. I am an out of state driver, among other challenges. He handled my case with such expertise I never went to court personally, never faced the challenges alone, and never once felt the effects I was so afraid I would. I WAS NOT convicted of a DUI.
I recommend him to ANYONE with any DUI or legal entanglement.
