Danny helped me during my divorce. Unfortunately, my ex-wife doesn’t want to follow the court order and we have to go court again. Since the beginning, Danny told me how the case could go, so I knew my options. Danny, Shelby and Matt fought for my case and I couldn’t be more happier. I wish they operate in different states.

I recently requested Mr. Naggiar to mediate a highly contentious and complex child custody matter. He is patient, creative, emphatic, highly intelligent. He settled a case that I and the other attorney believed was impossible to settle. I also was an opposing attorney on a divorce case with Mr. Naggiar. I hired Danny to represent me in a contested child custody case that lasted a year and a half and went all the way to trial. Danny was perfect throughout the process. Every single bit of advice that he gave me paid off at the end. It was as if he was playing chess while everyone else was playing checkers. There was much adversity to overcome in my case, but Danny never reacted negatively and was always three or four steps ahead of everyone else. When the case was finally heard, Danny's experience, preparation and temperament were on full display. If your case does have to go in front of a judge (and I can tell you that Danny will do everything he can to resolve it before it gets to that point), Danny is the guy you want representing you. Aside from being an excellent attorney, Danny is a great mentor and psychologist. The whole process is extremely stressful, and Danny counseled me along the way, not letting me get too down in the dumps... but at the same time not letting me get too positive when things seemed like they were going well. At the end of the day, Danny and David were able to get the best possible outcome in my case. I cannot recommend these guys enough, and I hope that everyone reading this will give them a chance to represent them.
