Highly experienced and knowledgeable attorney who is Board Certified in Family Law
“David Garfinkel was my family law attorney during a very difficult and stressful child custody battle. Initially, I chose David to represent me because of his many years of experience as a Board Certified Family Law Attorney who also received the Super Star Attorney rating for the last 8 consecutive years.”

Cons
1
Difficulty in reaching and communicating with the firm's staff
“Its amazing how one person in an organization can make it difficult for clients. First off, It's hard to get in contact with any at this firm. I had to call at least 6 times a day just to get one answer. The receptionist is rude and very uninformed.”
2
Failure to adhere to the terms of the contract, resulting in discrepancies
“The job of an attorney is to make preparations according to the language of the contract. Failure to do so, in my opinion, is negligence bordering incompetence. The argument that something is commonly done a certain way is NOT AN EXCUSE.”
3
Slow response in refunding client deposits
“I wired a refundable lot deposit for $5,000. I ended up putting a different property under contract and that property was also through McMichael and Gray. I submitted a request for the pre closer to return my $5,000 at the end of April. I followed up again in May, and on May 21st the pre closer sent me a form stating that it needs to be filled out before I can get my lot deposit back.”
