I've been a client of this firm for almost 2 years now and I'm really not happy with their service. I dont understand why it's like pulling teeth to get an update on my case. I initiate contact every time. just recently I called for 2 days and when I finally got the paralegal working my case, She didnt have a clue about my case. Amy couldn't even tell me when my depositions took place. Wouldn't that information be In my file? If you didnt prepare yourself for my phone call, how can I be confident that you will e prepared for trial??Not acceptable! I didnt choose this law firm, my original law group, Castro Law Firm passed me off to them. Without informing Me first, might I add. I'm dissatisfied with both Firms. Maybe I should have just called Big Al

Great experience with this firm. Staff is very polite, kept me updated on every aspect of my case. My attorney Brett is very professional and personable. He made sure I understood everything going on and he always gave me the option to make any/all decisions, to which he was very supportive!

I was referred to Harlan Wood by a friend. I contacted Harlan and he did not respond. I contacted him the following day and he texted me saying he would be in touch that same day. I waited the entire day, yet there was not response. It has now been almost a week with no response. Harlan, don’t bother calling me back. If this is how you behave when you meet a new, perspective client, I can only imagine what you must be like as time goes by. This was a blessing in disguise. Run as fast as you can in the opposite direction to find an attorney with higher standards and is a human being.

I contacted Brett after being in an accident and it was a great decision. I have no knowledge of legal processes and Brett was very patient with me and made sure I understood everything that was happening. He never acted without my consent and he and his paralegal Monica were always easy to get a hold of. Best part is he won my case!

Everyone I had contact with during my case was absolutely the most friendly and efficient. Shawn and Torri were very patient with my terrible computer skills and confusion. They both kept me posted on the court delays with pandemic issues and all the insurance complications involved with my situation. I would definitely call them first it any legal business is ever needed again.
