I am sharing my experience to highlight concerns about Simon Bloom's association with Bentley Spectrum Partners, LLC. I recently encountered several issues with this business, specifically involving Manny Fialkow and Brian Howell, regarding a commercial lease. Here are the key points of my experience: 1. Breach of Trust: I made a significant payment for a commercial lease based on assurances that the lease would be executed, and keys provided. Despite these promises, neither occurred. 2. Unfulfilled Promises: Despite continuous delays and unmet commitments, my formal withdrawal from the offer and my demand for a refund have not been honored. 3. Professional Misconduct: The actions by Manny Fialkow and Brian Howell raise serious questions about their business ethics and transparency. Given that Simon Bloom is listed as the registered agent for the business, I am concerned about the oversight and governance of the company he is associated with. While this review focuses on my experience with Bentley Spectrum Partners, LLC, I feel compelled to share my concerns about the broader implications for a business involving legal oversight. The significant lapse in ethical business practices makes me question the professional integrity and trustworthiness associated with these parties.

Simon Bloom supports the destruction of Weelaunee forest and the construction of a police militarization facility in its stead, a project that is overwhelmingly NOT supported by Atlanta residents - I am shocked and disturbed by the lack of moral compass demonstrated by Bloom Parham. I would absolutely NOT trust this business to be reliable or honest.
