When I got a DUI I was referred to Mr. McGee by a mutual friend who assured me he would help me, while he did handle the initial legal paperwork that is as far as the "help" went. I always felt like I was annoying him with any questions I presented (because of his reaction to the question), and he seemed to be interested in getting the money from me. The initial cost was not terrible, but he convinced me to to fight the case (go from a DUI to reckless driving) and charged more for this service. I didn't have a problem with it at the time, but as soon as he got paid his effort was minimal throughout the remainder of the process. On my court day he was 15 minutes late and forgot all of my paperwork at his office, but since I had a copy of all of the paperwork I gave him, he was able to use my copy. His professional skills may have improved since then, but seeing only positive reviews is very misleading.

Mr. McGee is very knowledgable and diligent attorney. My DUI case was very complex and he showed a lot of patience toward me and helped me to understand the process in more details. More importantly, he was able to reduce my fine by choosing to go with non-negotiated plea. He was able to convey the information in a way so I understood it. I would definitely recommend Mr. McGee.

About 3 years ago my nephew had some legal issues and Mr. Mcgee was referred to me by a mutual friend. He was able to assist us during the initial session.
