Loved the work they did for me I did my first claim with them and starting my next with them now

Find anothet firm. If you want a lawyer that communicates been waiting. 6 months for a check to clear. Files I WON'T NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.STAY AWAY OF THIS. FIRM ALEXANDER SHUNNARA LITERALLY HAVING THE WORST EXPERIENSE EVER.

Very dissapointed with this firm. They say they are there to help you with your personal injury but after asking extensive questions, having me write a 7 page review of the situation, and interviewing me, I was told I had a compelling case but that it would take "work" on their end to litigate and cut ties with me at that point. The only thing they want to help is their pocket book and care nothing about helping you.

My injury happen 3/2016. The first lawyer Matt Cochran and his assistant Blake were great. Unfortunatly, Both Matt and Blake left the firm after 2 yrs. on my case. After leaving the firm, that's were my troubles started. My case was transfered to another lawyer that seemed fresh out of law school. Communication was completely non-existent. Hard to get a hold of and did not call me back with information on my case. He didn't even call to tell me that he too was leaving the firm as of Friday. I am not bothering to see who else has my case per noone has called me. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT obtain their legal services. Check out the Google reviews, we ALL can't wrong about this law firm.

Find another firm if you want a lawyer that communicates with you. My husband has been waiting 2 months for a check to clear(lies). I would never recommend them to anyone.

Mr. Graham and his assistant Fred we're amazing they got my case done in just a few short months always answered my questions that I had and always returned phone calls when able to I would recommend them to anyone that needed a great lawyer thanks you guys

Our attorney, Matt Cochran, and his assistants were phenomenal to work with. Thank you so so much for all of the work and care you put into this. Although you have other clients I'm sure, we always felt like number one and you were always willing to help us in whatever way we needed. We had a lot of hiccups after our accident but Matt set us up with great doctors and physical therapists. We are now better than ever. This has been such a great experience working with you. I will definitely recommend you all to anyone I know looking for legal help.

Being a young man I never gave much thought to how frail our bodies truly are and how one single act can cause someone irreparable damage. This happened to me on my routine drive to work. By one persons actions my life and dominant hand were damaged for life. As a chef my right/dominant hand is crucial and when I called Blade he helped me understand that his goal is to make me whole and to ensure that those accountable do as well. Like me I am sure you will be told that it’s not ok to “go after” the person who injured you. I never went after anyone and didn’t have to because Blade made sure I got the best treatment medically and that I was protected legally. Contrary to what people think personal injury lawyers are people and there are those who care. Having worked with Blade I am blessed and a better person because he never left my case and always answered my questions sometimes even late at night. In August 2016, I had the right of way when I was hit by a car and taken to the Hospital with neck, back and leg injuries. My Car was a complete loss. The Insurance Company Denied any liability and refused to pay anything. I immediately contacted ASA and they assigned Attorney Tom Ross, who was already working on some of their biggest cases. Tom wrote the Insurance Adjuster, attached Pictures and Diagrams and provided a Video which Tom obtained that demonstrated that the other car was traveling in the wrong direction when she crashed into me. Tom got the Insurance company to reverse its determination, but their offer was below my medical expenses. In response Tom filed a Complaint, informing the Insurer that he would win at Trial and get three times what my medical expenses were. Upon receiving the Complaint the Insurer called and Tom convinced the adjuster to increase their offer to one which I was comfortable with, (including compensating me for the true value of my vehicle, all my medical expenses and pain and suffering). Tom is very professional, and fought hard for my best interests. I highly recommend his services! -Josh

I was stopped at a red light and rear-ended. Everyone at ASA's Atlanta Office is polite and highly qualified. My Attorney was Tom Ross who took the time to explain the process and was thorough, patient, and caring. Tom obtained the police report and did all the work for me, (including making calls to insure my vehicle was repaired properly). When I finished treating, Tom ordered all my medical bills and records, made a formal demand and attempted to settle with the insurance company. They refused to pay what they were required to. Tom confidently took the Company to Trial, beat the tar out of their attorney and obtained a Judgment they were forced to pay, which helped me out at Christmas. I could never have accomplished this result on my own. I would recommend any of the Attorneys, (Blade, Graham, Ryan, Tom, Tony, Ross, Will), and have referred family and friends to them as well.
