Attorney AJ McDonald was amazing. He answered every question I had and answered every time I called. And he got me paid!! I highly recommend!

Initially I was not going to leave a review but now I feel very compelled to be transparent and share my experience with this firm. I left a review before stating that the team that I was assigned to did not have effective communication with me. I was then called by the attorney I was assigned to and he basically gave me a run down about the actions that will take place in my case. After our dialogue, he then asked me to take my review down in which I did because I wanted to give them another chance. I was hit by a semi truck back in November of 2020. My case just settled in April of 2022. Based off my settlement I feel as though my lawyer didn’t fight and put any pressure on the insurance company that was liable,and getting the settlement that I deserve. I feel like the bare minimum was done by the team that was assigned to my case. The reason I chose this law firm is because I was referred by my colleague that was employed there. I later found out that she no longer works there and the feedback that she gave was the office is very unorganized. I really wanted to fire my attorney. However, I couldn’t because I would still have to pay them attorney fees and I wanted to trust that they would give me the quality service that they advertise . Unfortunately, It didn’t go that way for my case. My experience was not the best with them and I really wish I would have done more research before choosing this firm. My advice is pick a law firm that is ready to go to the maximum limit to fight for you and give you the compensation that you deserve. This firm care more about reviews than actually giving quality service to their clients
