I was in a car accident June 14, 2023. Because I used to hear Amy Witherite commercials over the radio, they were the 1st and only Law Firm I considered contacting. It is now 7 months later and I totally REGRET contacting Witherite. They lack communication and follow-up. The only time I get updates on my case, is when I reach out to them. I have actually had to make calls to get things done through the other insurance company's adjuster. Just last week, I asked my Attorney (R. Fitzpatrick) what would happen if I decided to go with another attorney at this point - Response: "If you decided to go with another law firm - Witherite Law Group would retain an attorney lien for up to a 1/3 of the attorney fees and our case expenses." So, although I'm terribly UNHAPPY with their Representation, basically there is nothing I can do. I can't tell anyone who to choose for accident representation, I can tell you this: I wish I had never chosen Witherite Law Group. As much as Mrs. Amy Witherite is on commercials, advertising her business, I wished to God, she was able to know how her firm is portraying her! :-(

Excellent legal practice that is reliable and sincere. I adore how the attorneys make you feel at home and like family and how much they actually help people. They put in a lot of effort to see that my demands are satisfied. I strongly recommend them!

this has been one of the hardest experiences in my young adult life but witherite law group made it extremely easy to navigate. my attorney, christle guinyard, was helpful and reliable. even in the midst of taking on other cases, she communicated with me and gave me the service i needed. i would also like to thank my pre-litigation case assistant, jazmine sanchez, for helping me in the beginning of my case. i would recommend witherite law group to anyone who has been in an auto accident.
