My daughter had a very sensitive incident at her former place of employment. I was impressed by how quickly we were contacted and how sensitive the intake person was towards her and the situation. I hope the firm represents her case because she deserves this. After 3.5 years of emotional and mental ups and downs, I feel the firm would be a good fit for her and could protect and convey her fully.

I wish I could say I had the same experience as some of these other reviewers. I got into my accident in March, immediately contacted them and heard from the whole team immediately, I loved what I heard. After I completed therapy I was told to inform them, that’s when things started to become less professional. I couldn’t get in contact with them and when I finally got in contact with someone it was someone who no longer worked there. She helped me find someone and then the person who reached back out informed me they had everything and to give it 1-2 months. I reached back out 3 months later and Veronica Brown expressed they were missing other documents from me, which contradicted their call 3 months prior. I sent them in. Now, I’ve reached back out 3 more months later and Veronica is telling me I am missing more documents. Ultimately the process seems unorganized compared to other firms I have dealt w in the past. While my case isn’t as drastic as others, business is still business

Me and my kids was in a accident April 10,2023 here it is jan15,2024 I haven’t spoken with no one from this firm to give me a update on my case every phone number they gave me is disconnected smh now I feel like this firm may be scamming people I should have went with my first mind and not deal with them lesson learned
