I had a great experience with Witherite law group. I never felt like I was being overlooked.. If they missed my call the made sure to call back in a reasonable time. A big Thanks to Ms. Ashley Pitts she delivered each and every time I needed her. Thanks again Witherite law.

I had an amazing experience. Attorney McDonald and his paralegal Natalia Hernandez were great! I’ve never been an accident before and answered every question I had. The insurance company offered me $500 in the beginning. Mr. McDonald and his staff ended up getting me paid! I would highly recommend going with Alexander Shunnarah!

Our accident was over a year ago. We haven’t heard anything from our case representative in months with updates on our case. No one has called to check on us and our injuries. I keep reaching out, but I am always placed on hold and the administrator apologizes and says someone will call us back. Still no response. I am completely fed up. Wish my family and I would have choose another law group. Definitely, wouldn’t recommend.

I had originally started my case with a different lawyer but their service was extremely underwhelming. Attorney more did a phenomenal job of picking up the pieces and handling my case swiftly. I hope I never need another personal injury attorney but I’d do Attorney Moore will be my first and only call.

I am very disappointed with the outcome of my case so far, so disappointed I have left the law firm knowing they will still be taking funds from me after doing the bare minimum. My team has been very faint in communication and in fact everything has been up to me to figure out. I have been doing most of the calling and I’m so defeated because I wish I would’ve looked into a better firm before committing to this one. They have practically told me they can’t do anything about the case due too the person at fault not responding. I have been in and out of work due to the pain of the accident on top of the headache of trying to get my legal team to communicate effectively. They have all told me different things and none seem to know the circumstances of my case until I REEXPLAIN! Am I being scammed?! I’ve been crying and trying to figure out why the firm has taken no action on trying to help me get the most out of my case. I will be switching, I wouldn’t wish this on anyone going threw aches and pains and a totaled vehicle that wasn’t your fault. The last thing the told me was they will most likely close the case if the at fault driver doesn’t answer! After previously letting me down about multiple other things I’ve seen other law firms dominate at. Would not recommend this firm if you want hard determined workers who want to help you rather then themselves.
