My son was involved in an accident in June of 2021. Today is January 2022 and we have no settlement, no communication, and no apologies from this attorney's office. The first attorney we had is no longer with the company and the second uses his personal life as an excuse for the case still not being worked on. My son received no attention and still is without his car. The bills are still piling up and past due and the dude in the Tesla that hit him had moved on!!! Terrible service. Sorry for the referral!!

I wish I would have gone with someone local to me. I am outside of Atlanta. I have called and left five messages for Mr. Grady in the Atlanta office to call me. I have not heard back. I have no idea what is going on with my case. I have not heard from him since October! Do not go with this company. Its large, impersonal and you get lost in the shuffle.

My daughter has had a case with this office and since I’ve signed the paperwork I haven’t heard anything from her attorneys. I’ve called several times only to be told “we will leave a message for someone to call you back” and no one ever called. I’m very disappointed because I don’t know if or when she will receive a check.
