In August 2016, I had the right of way when I was hit by a car and taken to the Hospital with neck, back and leg injuries. My Car was a complete loss. The Insurance Company Denied any liability and refused to pay anything. I immediately contacted ASA and they assigned Attorney Tom Ross, who was already working on some of their biggest cases. Tom wrote the Insurance Adjuster, attached Pictures and Diagrams and provided a Video which Tom obtained that demonstrated that the other car was traveling in the wrong direction when she crashed into me. Tom got the Insurance company to reverse its determination, but their offer was below my medical expenses. In response Tom filed a Complaint, informing the Insurer that he would win at Trial and get three times what my medical expenses were. Upon receiving the Complaint the Insurer called and Tom convinced the adjuster to increase their offer to one which I was comfortable with, (including compensating me for the true value of my vehicle, all my medical expenses and pain and suffering). Tom is very professional, and fought hard for my best interests. I highly recommend his services! -Josh

I was stopped at a red light and rear-ended. Everyone at ASA's Atlanta Office is polite and highly qualified. My Attorney was Tom Ross who took the time to explain the process and was thorough, patient, and caring. Tom obtained the police report and did all the work for me, (including making calls to insure my vehicle was repaired properly). When I finished treating, Tom ordered all my medical bills and records, made a formal demand and attempted to settle with the insurance company. They refused to pay what they were required to. Tom confidently took the Company to Trial, beat the tar out of their attorney and obtained a Judgment they were forced to pay, which helped me out at Christmas. I could never have accomplished this result on my own. I would recommend any of the Attorneys, (Blade, Graham, Ryan, Tom, Tony, Ross, Will), and have referred family and friends to them as well.

ALL I CAN SPEAK ON RIGHT NOW IS JUST STAY AWAY! I'm LITERALLY HAVING THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! My current lawyer is Ryan Rucker his assistant is Cynthia the other assistant is a direct number to a high school. This law firm is a walking anxiety attack. My accident was on 4/17/2017 the other person was put at fault. My girlfriend and I were sent to the hospital and my family in Alabama referred me due to a good experience with al firm. WISH I COULD SAY THE SAME. It is now MAY 24 2017 and my car hasn't even been viewed for repairs. The only thing this law firm has done for me is find a chiropractor. IVE CALL MY LAWYER A MILLION TIMES NEVER ANY Answer! "FOR IMMEDIATE ASSISTANCE PLEASE CONTACT MY ASSISTANT CYNTHIA (and some other lady)" that's what his VM says. HA it's a JOKE Cynthia NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. THE OTHER LADY IS I DIRECT # to some high school. I was told by my investigator (Ricky Davis) GET A QUOTE FOR YOUR REPAIRS (I got 3) AND GIVE THEM TO THE PERSON WHO HIT YOU INSURANCE COMPANY (American family insurance) MIND YOU THIS IS AFTER IM FED UP WITH NOT GETTIBG A RESPONSE FROM MY LAWYER. Ok so I contact the person who hit me insurance "hey I just wanted to contact you guys and give you some quotes for my claim" American family Insurance company " mam we don't have a claim for you let's start one" WHAT THE WORLD!?!?! Ok so I start my own dang claim but AS SOOOOOOON AS I SAID I HAD REPRESENTATION THE INSURANCE COMPANY SAID WE CAN ONLY TALK TO YOUR LAWYER TO FIX YPUR CAR!!!!! So I BLOW RYAN RUCKERS PHONE UP !!!! And AS SOON AS I LEAVE THE IM READY TO CHANGE LAWYERS GUESS WHO FINALLY CALLS -_- RYAN-_- -Ryan " hey Ms.Jackson I started your claim and were just waiting on the person to view your vehicle" LIE #1 I started my claim (I got my own police report to give the insurance company the information) which he was suppose to give to me LIE #2 the company said they're waiting to speak to my lawyer But he made sure to call them after I made my own claim to tell them that he was lawyer a couple days later. SO I FEEL EXTREMELY STUCK RIGHT NOW. AS OF RIGHT NOW IM TRYING TO SEE IF I WILL HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO LEAVE THEM STAY AWAY MY FRIEND
