Keep hearing ads through as on the radio that's the reason why I picked the lawyer in the first place great reviews on the radio in real life the paralegals have an attitude like you're taking money out of their pocket I'm helping you out ma'am and then the lawyer never calls you back I've been waiting two and a half weeks for a call back called everyday three times a day left many messages emails no return phone calls only to call the main number for someone to leave a verbal message for someone not to call back still

Please steer clear of this law firm. You will become a victim of Witherite Law. My case was closed in July of 2024 and I am still waiting on my settlement. How crazy is that. Please if you are reading this don't allow Witherite Law to victimized anyone else. Please today is October 16, and still waiting

I knew nothing about Witherite Law, I do not listen to the radio. But when I got hit by a truck I was lost I didn’t know who to talk to or what was my next step. When my friend arrived at the hospital she told me about some lady on the radio named Amy. So I did a little research and this company turned out to be great. I am the type of person who doesn’t believe until it happens to me. I didn’t believe in depression but I had to go through it to understand! I didn’t know things take time, I was rushing to get back to work but on the outside I was not ready. Super thankful for all the doctors who got me on my feet. They provide very excellent service very professional

Communication is non-existent. I haven’t even met my lawyer nor talk to him. Flavio, my case manager pretty much calls me whenever I guess he feels like it I should have went with another firm and in fact, I think I’m gonna check out a couple of other firms as well because This is nuts. I need a firm that I feel like we’ll have my back and honestly these people don’t even call you enough to even think that they would have your back.

First, when I got hit the only number I could remember was 1800 Truck Wreck because duh i got hit by a truck it was a no brainer. So listen, they were with me the whole way and I mean from beginning to end. There was never a time where I was in the dark. Even in the middle of my case when I had an unrelated emergency surgery and they didn't hear from me for a while, they found me! They talked to me and my nurses they actually CARE. Anyway they proceeded with my case. When I got out the hospital Mr Trevor Brice listened to me blubber and cry about me being paralyzed he was sympathetic and we moved on with the case and then my father's dementia got worse, and then he passed away and once again Mr Trevor Brice listened while I cried and cried stammered and blubbered he was so nice. I highly recommend him and his whole team if you get hit by a truck. Amy Witherite will get you right!!! And I got what I deserved!
