I did bump up my rating due to them finally releasing my settlement, however we are still pending my daughter's settlement which has not been released.

Attorney and his staff sat on our case and did almost nothing for 2 years; then on the last possible day to settle - we were forced to accept a settlement for significantly less than the amount of the medical bills. They then took a rediculous amount of time handling payments. Also, the responsiveness and communication skills of this firm are deplorable!

1 800 TruckWreck is a company that keeps you informed about the status of your case. They check on you to see how you’re feeling, progression of your rehabilitation and if there’s anything else that needs handling. I was always able to speak with my Team at anytime.

Updating review from previous one posted.. it is March 28,2024 my accident happened March 24,2023. Hired this firm days after. Amy was very convincing on commercials and such. But truth be told I am still not settled this case. Still in pain. Still not well and nothing to show for it.. Still no communication with said attorney assigned to my case. NO updates even after I send email and text to find out. Calling is a waste of time.this is the worst experience I have ever had . Worst dealing with people who have no regard for your concerns or situation.i am looking into other ways to get this settled. I am fed up with this treatment.

They are for their community in the best way. They are giving so much of themselves to help further the people in the communities goals and create opportunities. They just changed my life by granting me the chance to win a 5k grand prize. I won!!! I will be able to do so many things to benefit my life. Please choose them to represent your case because not only will they give you 100 percent but also give back to the communities tremendously at the same time. Highly recommend!!
