If it was possible I will give no star rude case manager Laura! She call my boyfriend talking crazy and calling him disrespectful due to a file of complaint! Myself not happy at all. My first problem with them is the chiropractor they sent me to had violated my HIPPA right they told my employer my injuries I called and complained nothing was done! I always asked to talk to my lawyer she state I will never talk to him cause he give her what to say!! If you look at the picture still haven’t got that meeting She rude and very unprofessional, very clueless.Laura will try to talk to you like you a child! I have text and voice recordings of all conversations! Case going on year still haven’t talk to my lawyer everytime I asked! Worse company ever they need to close this practice! I will be filing a law sue!

I was rear ended at Red light, no fault of my own. I called Alexandra Shaunara, they set me up with their in network attorney. I never heard from Noah but Jennifer Chika ( para legal). Alot of time went by , continuously calling to check. Finally the answer was all they want & best you will get is $1900 for two injured parties. Settling for peanuts, per Jennifer Chika 's advice. I felt like they were protecting and/or friends with the at fault insurance company. The truth will infact surface soon. The check was supposedly mailed out & got lost in the USPS. IMAGINE THAT. I'm very unsatisfied with the performance of this firm. I would not recommend in good faith. Thanks.

It was a long journey! I am still experiencing discomfort from my accident but my Witherite team has made it all worth it. I am grateful for all their hard work. Absolutely recommend.

My case opened 3/24/23 settled but why am I still waiting with no response from lawyer assigned to my case. This has been ongoing since a month or two into case. Communication suck. I’m the client that had no fault in accident got seriously hurt and now in limbo on my case. Really. Don’t believe the hype you hear. My personal opinion that for special cases not ordinary single parents like me. I just want what’s fair and right. Hospital treatment was null/void and complained.(ignored), doctors sent to did very little/to nothing,complained (ignored), outrageous bills for no service. Not checked. Update: since reviews are being read I am getting calls and updates but not worth it. Case closed finally but not with a great outcome.. it just settled. Person at fault had minimum policy. Beware of those kind of policies. Don't cover much. Please do your own research I sure know I will if ever happens again. End of story.
