Had 1 of there employees come on the property and steal 1 of my coils. I have the footage. Made a police report. They didn't seem interested. So be careful.

I was in an accident in November 2022 this process has been long and frustrating … I’ve had to reach out for updates 90% of the time … 70% off my calls go unanswered… I’ve requested from the beginning that i handle the billing process…. Now that we’re to that part they have started the process not acknowledging my request to do it myself… Also I’ve requested to speak with a negotiator to get this mistake corrected 3 weeks ago and I’ve yet to get an call yet !

So my attorney was crystal ginyard and she was awesome even though I may have used vulgar language at times she still remained professional and calmly my apologies crystal I didn't get the amount I expected but overall the experience was ok thank u witherite law for everything u have done for me
