No reason to fear this place they drag out chump change cases and have newbies and interns do all the work. Big companies spend more money in litigation than they would have if they settled. Stay away!!!

Definitely would not recommend for hire… they purposely dragged out our case. The Plaintiff was more than willing to settle for way less than they was in the beginning but the attorney never said a word. No calls, communication and very unprofessional. Wish we saw these reviews beforehand.

I used David Resnick and he was sloppy at Best. I would Never use this firm again. David Let the Opposing Lawyer Sign his name on the Settlement and the opposing Lawyer filed fraudulant papers with the court. It is also my opinion David is a Bully for a Lawyer. I also ALWAYS question a 5star review with no words to it BEWARE

We used their estate planning service and expertise to rewrite our wills and trusts and other related documents. They made a complicated set of documents easy to understand by taking the time needed to answer all our questions. They consulted with our financial planner to achieve our long term objectives. They were very responsive every step of the way. I would highly recommend the firm for their estate planning legal services.

I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt because it's my first time ever needing to contact them. They also have a different phone number that was given to me by the bank that I contacted. Either way both phone numbers were very uninformative about the next steps that we were supposed to take if we could not really reach them. Especially the first phone number that I was given by the bank. So I had to basically Google that phone number to pretty much backwards research it myself, to stumble across their office name because the voice message system person who said their name said it very incoherently. So I ended up googling that name, then I found the website, then I found the emails that I could try to contact somebody with. So I did leave an email and hopefully somebody actually contacts me back about what I messaged with a debt. Funny enough this office that themselves did not contact me via email about my debt by any form.

Horrible in conducting business. I’m constantly calling the financial department during business hours (for days). I have been leaving messages (for days) and no one EVER returns my call. Somebody might answer the phone “every now and then” but claim they are transferring me to someone that will help me with my case; however, I will only be transferred to someone’s voicemail whom never returns my call. BAD BUSINESS!

I have had several emails with Myles. He had agreed on a settlement and two days before I was to pay it he changed his mind and said the offer was off the table. Why have me go through the process of getting funding and not honor the settlement?

I've been trying to reach out, specifically to Emmanuel Sebastian, for literally a year at this point to pay a debt or get some understanding on my account. I've emailed through their websites, personal emails, called a billion times. If you call they don't even have a proper system and I can't even look up my account number to pay because I'm just supposed to remember an internal account number from a letter I've never received. After reading reviews Im realizing this is just a pattern for this company and I give up. I wish Delta sold it to a legitimate company so this issue could've been resolved.
