I came to Lubin for a personal matter regarding a case and he never made me feel as if I was being judged. Anytime I had questions he went into great detail to explain to the best of his knowledge. He continued to work on my case, eventhough it was taking longer than he estimated. This was to no fault of his own, just the court system. No one hopes to find themselves dealing with a situation involving worker’s compensation but, if you do, you can find no better lawyer than Mr. Spevak to guide you through the process. I say guide because he was with me every step of the way. I reached out to him after having my request for surgery denied and he spent nearly 2 hours with me and my wife going through what happened and how we arrived at that point. I never had to speak with a paralegal or an assistant, he handled everything first-hand throughout the whole process. I appreciated the fact that his webpage had several informative videos on it and I wanted to work with a real attorney and not some personality on a billboard.
