Jason is a very experienced attorney a lot of people charge more than what he charges I had three cases two were still pending but I had a speeding ticket that was 15 miles over the speed limit and he got it where it didn't even report to my license without me showing up he was very understanding I would highly recommend Jason to anybody who needs assistance just give him a call and I promise you you will be satisfied with the outcome

After being in a collision with another vehicle, I was charged and arrested for driving under the influence of drugs and failure to obey a traffic control device. I was assisted by medical personnel. I was not given any field sobriety evaluations. I agreed to give my blood. Unfortunately, my blood test came back with multiple prescription medicines in my body. I contacted a civil attorney who then recommended Kevin Fisher. Kevin made me feel very at ease and was always available to answer any of my questions and concerns. It did not matter what time of the day I contacted him. Kevin researched the medications and also spoke to an expert in pharmacology and toxicology. The expert wrote a letter explaining that none of the medicine that I had taken would have made me impaired. Kevin took this information and met with the prosecuting attorney multiple times. Because of Kevin’s diligence, he was able to get the DUI amended to a lesser charge. I agreed to plead guilty to the lesser charge in order to avoid the risks of going to trial. I am very happy with this outcome and I am grateful for the civil attorney recommending Mr. Fisher.

I was visiting a local college for my son in Atlanta and struck a vehicle in a parking deck. I was charged with failure to notify owner upon striking an unattended vehicle. I contacted Mr. Fisher because of his great reviews. Kevin was able to get the charge amended to a zero point offense and he saved me the cost of having to travel back to Georgia to resolve the case. In addition, Kevin also offered to make a phone call on behalf of my son at a very prestigious University where he is friendly with the admissions staff. This was not something I expected of him, however, I am very thankful and so is my son. Kevin is a lawyer I would never hesitate to use again.

Transportation Security Administration informed me upon my arrival to Atlanta that I had warrants for my arrest due to not resolving a case from 2016. I contacted Attorney Kevin Fisher and asked if he could provide support and help in regards to getting the warrants removed. Without charging me a fee, he went ahead and contacted the court, the Judge’s office and the prosecuting attorney to see what could be done. He contacted me back after repeated attempts to find out if the warrants could be removed or “walk in” to the Court and have my case resolved. I retained Mr. Fisher and within 24 hours, he was able to get my case back on the calendar and appear in front of a Judge. Mr. Fisher was able to get the warrants removed and my pending charges amended to lower criminal offenses. This now allows me to travel freely back to my home country without having to worry about being arrested or held by TSA. I could not have asked for a better outcome.

I was charged with DUI. I was in an accident and overall it was a horrible evening and experience. I expected that I was going to go to jail for a long time if convicted of these offenses. I was sure to lose my license and my life would be over. Somehow I got into contact with Kevin. He answered his phone on my initial call and he was very honest and forthright on what to expect. I got a ticket in a small city outside of Atlanta.  I was speeding over 95 mph.  I hired Kevin and he was able to keep me from having to travel to Atlanta from another state. He was able to get the ticket amended to zero points and the violation would not be reported to DMV.  I am very pleased with the outcome and his professionalism. In 2015 I was given a ticket for an expired tag, failure to register vehicle and driving without a license. Unfortunately, I missed court which caused my case to go into a failure to appear status. The results of me missing court led to my driver’s license being suspended. Fortunately, I came in contact with Attorney Kevin Fisher. Through his guidance, I was able to get my license reinstated and more importantly, all of my pending charges were dismissed. 100% DISMISSED. I was driving my mother’s vehicle and was given a citation for expired tag. I did not know the tag was expired as we never receive a notice to update the registration. My family knows Mr. Kevin Fisher as he is a personal friend. He represented me in court and was able to get the case completely dismissed. I was wrongly issued a traffic citation and thought about fighting the case myself. The day before I thought better of it and called Kevin. He was able to pick up my case on short notice and eventually got the case dismissed. He was very attentive and professional throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend his services to anyone needing legal help.
