On a late Friday afternoon, I contacted Mr. Fisher to assist me in writing a letter on my behalf as I was a candidate for a new position with a great company. Mr. Fisher got back to me immediately and was able to draft a wonderful letter on my behalf which helped explain a traffic related matter from a few years ago that showed up on my DMV report. The letter worked! I and start my job in the next week. Thank you Mr. Fisher for the quick response time and the great letter you wrote on my behalf. If I ever know of anyone for any legal matter, I will refer you!

Kevin was extremely helpful in a traffic case I was involved in. I was issued a ticket in a case where another vehicle entered my lane and we bumped sides. Kevin was able to help me with getting the ticket dismissed since there was no fault assigned by the police officer. Kevin was very professional and kept me up to date on what he was doing on my behalf. I would recommend him to any of my friends and family.

Just my luck . . . I got a ticket for Failure to Yield Right Away. I knew about Kevin Fisher through mutual friends and because he is in our neighborhood. I contacted Kevin and he was able to help. Driving through Georgia I got a ticket for driving in the HOV lane without a Georgia Fast Pass. I was pulled over and given a ticket. I forgot about court and missed the court date. I had a Failure to Appear with a possible bench warrant and a suspended license. I researched good lawyers on the web and found Mr. Kevin Fisher. He was able to get the HOV lane violation dismissed, FTA dismissed, bench warrant removed and handled the license to clear the suspension. I made a very bad decision and decided to shoplift. This was the first time and I have learned to never do it again. My family reached out to an attorney that they found after a google search. We met with Mr. Fisher and he was really great and made us feel very comfortable. Kevin was able to get my case dismissed by having me qualify for a diversion program with the court. My brother was arrested for a DUI. We were not sure what to do so we started researching attorneys. Mr. Fisher was well reviewed and answered the phone when I initially called his office. A nice surprise. He and I had a nice conversation and I retained him to handle my brother?s case. I had only put down a small payment to get started because we did not have a lot of money. Unfortunately, my brother passed away while this process was going on. Mr. Fisher was not paid his full fee and surprisingly had no interest in collecting any more money from my family. He was compassionate, caring and very patient. He maintained contact with me and made sure that my brother?s case was handled appropriately through the process.
