I am a business owner in Atlanta and my company was cited for two code enforcement violations. Unbeknownst to me, I did not realize that these violations could result in jail time and fines. My company knows Mr. Fisher and he was very helpful. One of the charges was dismissed. We greatly appreciate Kevin’s service as he did a great job, was thorough and always kept us in the loop on case developments. Without going into great detail Kevin represented my son in reference to rectifying a post sentence matter of confusion that was a cause of great distress. I had a DUI about 4 years ago and my license was revoked for 5 years. I was to get my probational license in 2016. Unfortunately, the arresting officer wrote wrong dates and that complicated my case. After about 1 and a half years trying to get this issue rectifed, I contacted Kevin and he was of great help to get this matter resolved. There was a lot of back and forth between DDS and court, and he was very patient, and responded to every question I had quickly. Great lawyer and I would recommend him. Outstanding

Positive results across the board,dismissed traffic citation that would have cost big time increase in my car insurance.Residing in another state some 4 + hours drive from Atlanta,called multiple attorneys and selected this firm based on phone conversation with Jason,who impressed me with his honesty,and integrity.It was a good decision and money well spent .Will continue to avoid Atlanta when possible,but wouldn't hesitate to call on him again if the situation arose.Happy enough with the results of his efforts to take the time to post this review to help others make a good choice.

I was given two tickets while driving through Atlanta. One for Failure to Maintain Lane and another for Too Fast For Conditions. I contacted Mr. Fisher and he was able to assist me with my tickets. He also kept me from having to appear in court. The Failure to Maintain was dismissed and I paid a fine on the Too Fast For Conditions. Kevin was able to keep points off my license and save me time from having to sit in court all day. I would never hesitate to contact Kevin for any legal matter.

In 2018 I was stopped twice for driving with no insurance. I was also given tickets for no headlight and revoked registration. I called several attorneys to see if they could assist me and provide legal advice on how to approach my offenses. The only attorney that contacted me back was Mr. Kevin Fisher. I put my faith and trust in Kevin and he was a true blessing. Even though the driving with no insurance is a suspendable offense, I was able to resolve my case with no suspension of a driver’s license and 2 out of 4 charges were dismissed. Earlier this year I was speeding and given a ticket for 65 mph in a 45. Fortunately for me, my family knew Kevin Fisher. I hired Kevin and he was able to get the ticket amended to 59 mph in a 45. This means I would get no points and just pay a fine. Kevin did a great job. Thank you Kevin for your time and patience and allowing me to not have any points on my driving history for this ticket.
