In 2018 I was stopped twice for driving with no insurance. I was also given tickets for no headlight and revoked registration. I called several attorneys to see if they could assist me and provide legal advice on how to approach my offenses. The only attorney that contacted me back was Mr. Kevin Fisher. Even though the driving with no insurance is a suspendable offense, I was able to resolve my case with no suspension of a driver’s license and 2 out of 4 charges were dismissed. Earlier this year I was speeding and given a ticket for 65 mph in a 45. Fortunately for me, my family knew Kevin Fisher. I hired Kevin and he was able to get the ticket amended to 59 mph in a 45. I received tickets for Failure to Obey a Stop Sign, 2 tickets on different days for Expired Tag from 8 years ago, Expired License Plate from 5 years ago and had missed court dates. Unbeknownst to me, there was a warrant for my arrest and my license was possibly suspended. Through a friend I was referred to Kevin Fisher. In essence, Kevin is a “Rock Star.” He met me at court; arrived before the building was open to the public. He knew the police officers, bailiffs, court staff, staff in the clerk’s office. He was well recognized and extremely respected. Kevin walked me through my entire ordeal. He was able to get two charges dismissed, the stop sign violation to a no-point violation and I plead guilty to just one no tag/decal. He also walked me to the clerk’s office to pay and get the proper documents to take to the Georgia DMV. He even met me at the DMV to make sure I was being taken care of when I arrived. I was stopped and then arrested for traveling at a very high rate of speed. I was given four citations. Needless to say, the officer that pulled me over was not very pleased with my lapse of judgment. Through a trusted attorney friend, I was referred to Kevin Fisher. I met with Kevin and went over the details of my case. He and his staff were professional throughout. He listened receptively in a nonjudgmental way, to the facts of my case. Kevin met with the prosecutor and negotiated an unbelievable outcome! The Judge even commented that some Judges would throw someone with the charges I was facing in custody depending on the jurisdiction. Kevin, however not only kept me out of custody, he also was able to get two of the most serious citations completely dismissed. We reached a plea agreement that resulted in zero points on my license. All I had to do was pay a fine and take defensive driving. Fortunately, I completed the defensive driving course before my court date based on Kevin’s advice in order to help with the negotiations. I am so glad that I followed Kevin’s advice and that I had him in my “corner” throughout this entire deal. He made himself available, even outside of business hours, to answer questions that I had along the way. He is very responsive to text, email, and phone calls. I used Kevin as an out of state resident when I was involved in a fender bender accident while visiting GA. Atlanta has a mandatory court appearance for accidents in the city limits. He was very helpful and kept me clean of any point deductions.
